Looked around me

disgusted by what I see

A variety of beings

Ruled by injustice

Mastered by immorality

It’s all a sad story

He has captured their hearts

and deafened their ears

No, they won’t accept

They won’t listen to the truth

It’s all a sad story

Children brought up in the most despicable ways

Marriages become a trial and error wave

Majority of hearts filled with so much hate

It’s all a sad story

But again, there’s someone standing out there

Reaching and calling to pull us all near

All we have to do is love him dear

Then you’ll see it won’t really be a sad story anymore…
