Have you ever noticed that beautiful things happen when you distance yourself from negativity?
Okay, there are times we find ourselves in difficult situations, in the midst of negative people and the one that happens often – negative thoughts just creep into our minds and start playing with it and then we say ‘God forbid’, ‘I reject it’, ‘it will not happen’ and next thing, our mind goes back to that thought or another negative thought.
You see, saying all of that isn’t enough.
Now, Let’s journey on how we can deal with negativity.

How to deal with negativity.

Deal with yourself first!

What do you think of yourself? ‘I can’t do this’, ‘it isn’t working’. What do you create in your mind? Negative or positive realities? We really have to be conscious of what we think.
Things don’t seem to work out well, still be positive about it. I used to have this problem of thinking negatively but it just created more problems and nothing ever worked out.
In any situation you find yourself, be so positive that even negative people wouldn’t want to come close. Being positive prevents you from being bogged down. Always face your fears and most importantly, live in the present. Don’t over think about the past and future. Take one day at a time. It helps.

‘Hey Anne, I’m starting my blog next week, I’m super excited!’
‘Why do you want to go into blogging? I don’t see any sense in blogging, besides, nobody knows you, you would be wasting your time, effort and money’.

‘Steven, I just thought to show you my new shoes’
‘How much did you buy them for, they look fake, they won’t even last. I can’t be caught dead wearing them’

These examples might have reminded of someone that no matter what you say or do, the person will have something negative to say. There is nothing as terrible and frustrating as someone being negative about what makes you feel excited.
If you have someone like this in your life, do way with such person. In fact, fling the person out of your life, I repeat, fling the person out! (This shows how much the person isn’t needed in your life). Negative people will always have a problem for every solution.

Don’t let negativity affect the vision for your life so be busy loving, enjoying and living life to the fullest!

Negative people will always have a problem for every solution. Hmm

And thank you for starting with Ourselves.
Because, negative thoughts will always come up, but once they get no root within us, we are good to go.
    Thank you.

I have a negativity filter, if I notice you always give negative opinions and I can’t do away with you totally. I keep my plans to myself. Great piece!
